22nd of March we beamed live to BBC Breakfast London to tell them about our hopes and dreams with the Free Range Dairy initiative. Cotteswold's Free Range labelled milk has been going into London, Bristol, Birmingham, Oxford - all over the place - for a year now, but we also have the Free Range Dairy Farmers (TM) labelled milk going into 109 stores at Asda, this will be rolled out to 300 stores by May. The BBC came to film turnout 16th March and went live a week later.
We also featured on the 1 o'clock news and did a Facebook live piece (175k views) - the interest and support we have received has been fabulous.
We know we having something special and that the public love what we do. We hope you love the milk and we hope you all buy it! If you are a restaurant, cafe, shop, hospital, office, retailer we need your support. We need farms like these to survive and flourish, these farms are part and parcel of the British countryside.
Cows should always be allowed the freedom to dance and jump during spring, summer, autumn, and consumers need to understand that they will only survive if we can have clear, meaningful, truthful labeling. The ;Pasture Promise' label finally gives us this.
We believe in you, we hope you believe in us.
